Ayurvedic Body Treatments

Abhyanga improves lymphatic flow and movement, increases the softness of the skin, reduces the effects of aging, and replenishes the tissues of the body while promoting healthy circulation. It helps with grounding both the body and mind. 


Shirodhara is a simple, yet profound treatment that works specifically on balancing 

and stabilizing the activity of the mind. 

Warm, herbal oil is poured in a consistent stream over the forehead, resting over the third eye. 


Shirodhara helps to normalize sleep cycles, reduces insomnia, nervous system disorders, and balances mental 

and emotional states.
