A Sacred Reset: Ayurveda Panchakarma Retreat in Goa, India

Step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in deep rejuvenation.

Set amidst lush, tranquil surroundings, this 10-day retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary

to rest, restore, and reconnect.

There comes a moment in a woman’s life when she feels the quiet call to pause—
To step out of the noise, the roles, the endless giving…and return home to herself.

This 10-day Ayurveda Panchakarma retreat is an invitation to do just that.

Designed for women navigating life transitions of all kinds—perimenopause, post-career shifts, healing from loss or burnout, or simply sensing that it’s time for a new chapter—this experience is a sacred reset for your body, mind, and spirit.

Rooted in the ancient healing science of Ayurveda, Panchakarma is a deeply purifying process that clears accumulated toxins, outdated patterns, and emotional residue, creating space for vitality, clarity, and renewal.

Guided by Heidi Grace, whose own Panchakarma journey became the catalyst for sobriety, spiritual awakening, and a more aligned, meaningful life, this retreat is held with deep reverence, loving support, and wisdom honed through lived transformation.

Experience the healing rhythm of traditional Ayurvedic treatments in an environment free from modern distractions. Each day invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and surrender to the moment—allowing your body and mind

to unwind in the most natural way.

January 5 - 14, 2025

At the heart of this retreat is Panchakarma—a profound detoxification and healing process rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom. More than a set of therapies, Panchakarma is a sacred journey back to your true self. As you embrace stillness and release the constant need to "do," you’ll rediscover the

nourishing power of simply being.

Let the serene atmosphere, the care of skilled practitioners, and the wisdom of Ayurveda support your transformation. This is your invitation to pause, align with your inner rhythm, and return home to yourself.

At the start of the Panchakarma retreat, you will receive a traditional pulse diagnosis (nadi pariksha) and Ayurvedic consultation with experienced Ayurvedic doctors. Based on your unique constitution and current state of balance, a personalized Panchakarma protocol will be designed for you. This includes daily therapeutic treatments, a cleansing diet, and tailored herbal support.

  • Deep emotional release and subtle energetic shifts that continue to unfold long after the retreat
