Step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in deep rejuvenation at our Ayurveda Panchakarma Retreat in Goa, India. Set amidst lush, tranquil surroundings, this 10-day retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary
to rest, restore, and reconnect.
Experience the healing rhythm of traditional Ayurvedic treatments in an environment free from modern distractions. Each day invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and surrender to the moment—allowing your body and mind
to unwind in the most natural way.
At the heart of this retreat is Panchakarma—a profound detoxification and healing process rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom. More than a set of therapies, Panchakarma is a sacred journey back to your true self. As you embrace stillness and release the constant need to "do," you’ll rediscover the
nourishing power of simply being.
Let the serene atmosphere, the care of skilled practitioners, and the wisdom of Ayurveda support your transformation. This is your invitation to pause, align with your inner rhythm, and return home to yourself.
Sama doṣāḥ samāgniś ca sama dhātu mala kriyāḥ, Prasannātmendriya manāḥ svastha ityabhidhīyate.

Fly in and out of the new Manohar International Airport
in North Goa (GOX).
We recommend arriving in India at least two days before the retreat begins and allowing one or two days after the retreat ends before your return flight to support a smooth transition and integration.
At the start of the Panchakarma retreat, you will receive a traditional pulse diagnosis (nadi pariksha) and Ayurvedic consultation with experienced Ayurvedic doctors. Based on your unique constitution and current state of balance, a personalized Panchakarma protocol will be designed for you. This includes daily therapeutic treatments, a cleansing diet, and tailored herbal support.
