Beth Jacobson is the founder of Bleux Financial Solutions Inc. Bleux Financial Solutions Inc. is more than an accounting firm, it is a space where clients can grow and strategically build their business side by side with Beth. She values each client and builds relationships to foster trust and open communication. 

Beth is a straight shooter and loves the financial data. She takes the data and builds a narrative so business owners can understand the financial aspects of their business. She sees the steady flow in numbers and likes to help her clients make educated decisions for growth, compliance, and sustainability. 

Beth is an entrepreneur at heart with an innovative spirit. She has built and sold businesses before starting Bleux Financial Solutions. She understands the aspect of building a business that goes beyond the accounting aspect.

Beth's love of start-ups and small business gives her clients a more depth of understanding of the cycles of businesses. Beth becomes a partner as entrepreneurs grow their business to guide them through the financial steps and provide guidance through challenges and crisis. Beth brings comfort to financial reporting and fiscal decisions. 

With a strong background in real estate, Susan brings a strategic approach to property transactions, leveraging her deep market knowledge to benefit her clients. She is a master Networker and stays connected and involved in city government, businesses and local events. 

Susan's commitment to holistic well-being helps her maintain a healthy balance between work, being a single mom raising 6 children and nurturing her personal life. All while staying true to her identity and purpose. 

Susan is also a healer utilizing Raindrop Therapy among other modalities. 

After 20 years in corporate learning and development, I left driven by a vision for elevating and empowering women. I knew we could do more to "ignite the power of women" by engaging in community and leveraging the power of mentorship.

My passion is to see women become all they are capable of being. I live with a big vision and want to

impart that to other women and help them achieve their dreams. A friend once said, “I see in you what

you don’t see in yourself.” That is the heart behind The Mentors Collective – to be seen and know you

are worthy, courageous, amazing and capable of impacting your world for good!

Like many women, I juggle career, family, health and wellbeing, and understand the possibilities and

challenges you face. I believe there’s never been a better time to a woman! A native of California, I lived

on both coasts and several states in between. While in college, I left my heart in San Diego and am

blessed to reside here where I enjoy time with my family, the beach, camping, bookstores and taco

stands.
